Now you may ask, what does a resident rubber chicken job entail? It’s a sweet gig. I accompany the lasses and laddies of Turner on adventures near and far, and document the good times. The Colorado sun sure has been taking a beating on my fine feathers but nonetheless some of the Denver girls pitched in to take me on a little excursion to WaterWorld. We did a little baking in the sun to get some color but mostly enjoyed the water slides of this fine establishment.

To celebrate the seven years of dedication that Tracey Ornelas has made to Turner PR, we headed off to a local pub to enjoy a summer afternoon, with more hilarious stories, iced cocktails and an overall great time. No matter what, a TPR outing is never cut short, in fact there is always talk of karaoke and a solid dance party to get the fun going. Unfortunately there are no pictures to document this event.

My recent adventures have taken me to Breckenridge with the newest member of Turner PR, Stephanie Panico. We enjoyed rocking out to Moe during Breck’s Spring Fever Concert. But most importantly we got in some awesome snow before the season ended.

This weekend I got to stretch my legs out in the great Colorado city of Colorado Springs to see the beautiful Garden of the Gods and The Broadmoor Hotel. I developed an excellent friendship with a big buffalo over some tasty buffalo wings and a cocktail….Wait, you say that Buffalo wings are made from….chicken?!!?  *Gulp*

It was all about soaking in the sunshine at the 7th Annual K-Swiss Desert Smash, just outside Palm Springs, California with the TPR girls Mel, Mariana and Hailey. Not only did I snag some tennis tips from some of the greatest K-Swiss athletes, Bob & Mike Bryan, Sam Querrey and Mardy Fish, but also got the chance to rub elbows with the all the celebrity attendees including Ryan Kwanten of HBO’s “True Blood,” James Van Der Beek, best known for role on “Dawson’s Creek,” Jamie Chung of upcoming blockbuster “Sucker Punch,” James Frain of “The Cape,” Shanola Hampton of Showtime’s “Shameless,” and Gavin Rossdale among many others.

It sure is a funny thing how the interwebs can connect long lost family. I recently had the pleasure to reconnect with my cousin from another coop while he was flying 13,000 feet in the air with pilot Kent.

My recent adventures have taken me to the great state of Oklahoma to spend time with Turner PR’s very own Jenny Hodges. Life is hard in the Denver office without her bright smile. While I was in Oklahoma she opened up her beautiful house to me and showered me with love and delicious food. There is no doubt that Oklahoma has the country charm but man I sure lost my cowboy hat due to the strong winds.
